Job Title - Sr Organizational Change Management - Oracle EBS / Cloud ERP
Contract Duration - 6+ Months Remote
Job Description:
Organizational Change Management experience implementing ERP systems in the following areas:
- Communications strategy and planning: The ability to conduct media assessments, design and author newsletters, posters, emails, webex, town hall sessions and other methods of two-way information sharing and exchange Organizational Change Management
- Strategy and Planning: The ability to design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Change Leadership: The ability to coordinate the activities of the client and consultant staff responsible for communicating the change into the organization
- Stakeholder Adoption: The ability to spearhead initiatives to develop employees understanding and acceptance of impacts on specific job roles, policies and business practices
- Knowledge/Capability Transfer: The ability to design, manage, and assess knowledge and capability transfer program to enable clients to sustain the process improvements
- Stakeholder Readiness: The ability to assess stakeholders readiness to use new business processes
- Professional Consulting: adept at learning the Enterprises business, creating internal partnerships, fostering collaboration and recommending strategies that fit the Enterprises culture and business model
- Working knowledge of Training development tools
- Understanding of Training strategies, methodologies
