Job Details
- Develop and document functional design specifications for customizations within the PSA module.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices for PSA and end-to-end business process design.
- Build, configure, and unit test PSA solutions as part of the overall R2R and Polaris landscape.
- Collaborate with related functions including testing, data, training, and change management.
- Align with ExxonMobil workstream leads and release management on planning and delivery of Program Increment (PI) features and user stories.
- Prepare and manage User Stories and pre-work for planned PI cycles.
- Proactively identify risks, improvement areas, and co-engineering opportunities with SAP and customer teams.
- Support the resolution of PSA-related issues across SAP and Exxon functional and development teams.
- Participate in cutover planning and deployment for Deployment 2 Release 1 and Release 2.
- Provide Hypercare support post-deployment.
- Escalate and manage issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Transfer knowledge to customer teams to support long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PSA (Production Sharing Accounting)
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and upstream finance processes
- Experience in large-scale SAP deployments, preferably in the oil & gas sector
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and communicate complex solutions clearly
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
