Specialized IT Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related to TLS/SSL Certificate Renewals.
• Sign certificates with active certificate authority VOR. Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database.
• Process incidents or work orders as assigned within SLA.
• Work with team to deliver on DCO Service Change and Fulfilment CRQ workload.
• Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related DCO technical Services work requirements.
• Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database for impacts related to changes or incidents.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• ITIL experience
• 5+ years experience providing oversight to support ITIL processes critical in maintaining operations of a 7/24/365 data center environment.
• Experience should include incident management, change management and configuration management.

Datacentre Support

• 5+ years experience providing technical support within a data centre for any OS or Hardware platform.
• Documentation and Communication Skills -
• Demonstrated experience with inter team and project communication.
• Demonstrated experience in change management activities.
• Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.
