Role: Lead Data Architect Engineering Manager
Location: (Remote)- Eastern
Type of Hire - Contract/ C2H :Contract

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Architect Engineering Manager with healthcare domain expertise to lead the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact products that improve patient care, streamline provider workflows,
and support compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlog based on business and user needs.
- Mandatory experience in Big Data Handlingon Cloud (Python, Spark, SQL)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Work with development, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience, 4+ years as a Data Product Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in healthcare domain (clinical systems, EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms, etc.).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements
