Job Details

For our ongoing project we need a Maximo MAS project Manager. Work is mostly remote and might need a week to be onsite at Clients office at Colorado Springs, CO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in program management, with a focus on Maximo system implementations and/or upgrades.
  • In-depth knowledge of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, including its modules and their application within a multi-service utility environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Project and Excel.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

  • PMP or related standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001) are considered an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In support of the Maximize Program: moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo. Some of the work included in this program are:

  • Planning Module
  • Preventative Maintenance Module
  • Security Module
  • Purchasing Module
  • System Configuration Module
