The position requires deliverables to be provided under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills are a must, as well as coolness under pressure, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to cope with rapid change. Pay Range: $75 - $85 per hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Key Qualifications
- A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, from initial concept through finished product.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including service design, research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc
- Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through story telling, visuals, and presentations.
- Expertise documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of the implemented product.
- Experience conducting competitive and comparative research
- Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
- Familiar with industry accessibility standards
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Expert level communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

Education
- BFA, BA, MA
Additional Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design work
- Basic experience in Jira project management software
- 10+ years of experience in product design and/or UX/UI
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
- Basic skills in After Effects or Premier, and Keynote
- Proficiency in macOS
