Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

What you get to do:

Lead and manage the Corporate Accounting team, overseeing all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Serve as a key business partner to operations, M&A, treasury, HR, payroll, tax, revenue, and real estate teams

Maintain a strong accounting control environment aligned with SOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
-
Own external and internal audit engagements and manage related documentation and communication
-
Drive strategic process automation, reconciliation improvements, and data-driven analysis of key financial accounts
-
Present financial reports and recommendations to senior executives and participate in high-level decision making
-
Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of 5–7 accounting professionals
-
Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts

Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with US GAAP
What you need to succeed:

CPA certification (required)
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, or 4+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred)

Experience in a publicly traded company environment

Strong management experience leading teams across various levels
-
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets

Strong understanding of SOX, GAAP, process flows, and financial controls

Experience interfacing with both internal and external auditors

Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

ERP experience (Oracle Cloud a plus—higher comp considered for this skill)
