Sr.Java Developer (Only Local to FL)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Development Analyst to join our team. This role involves comprehensive involvement in the software development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of applications into production environments. The analyst will also integrate systems with third-party tools, application servers, operating systems, databases, and custom-written modules/systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software systems in J2EE/JAVA, JBOSS application server environments, MS SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional IT processes.
• Conduct research on current industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support to production systems and lead system integration efforts.
• Prepare detailed documentation including Technical Design Documents (TDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and high-level process flow diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across project sponsors, IT project managers, technical architects, development and validation teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as an application development analyst on successful, enterprise-level IT projects.
• Expert knowledge in J2EE/JAVA, JBOSS, MS SQL, and Oracle.
• Demonstrated ability in all phases of the system development lifecycle and a broad understanding of multiple business areas.
• Proven experience with enterprise content management systems such as Alfresco, Activiti, and Ephesoft.
• Strong skills in Java Frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, Struts, and Spring.
• Experience in server configuration, web services using SOAP and REST, and developing XHTML pages using Java Server Faces, Primefaces, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
