  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, compliance, risk, operations) to operationalize ML models.

  • Work with structured and unstructured financial data to build scalable data pipelines and production-ready models.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps best practices.

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk frameworks in BFSI.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with credit risk modeling, fraud analytics, or anti-money laundering (AML).

  • Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production environments.

  • Familiarity with big data ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, Hive, etc.).

  • Prior exposure to international BFSI clients or projects.

Employment Terms
  • Engagement type: Contract or Full-Time (flexible).

  • Remote work with potential collaboration across global time zones.

  • Compensation aligned to L4 / mid-level data scientist market standards.
