Description
We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a client of ours to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and technologies. This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and user training across a range of hardware and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
  • Provide AV support for video conferencing platforms
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and application issues
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical support
  • Maintain documentation and inventory of support activities
  • Travel up to 25%.

Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in end-user support or desktop support
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with mobile device management and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with device imaging and deployment tools
  • Technical documentation and reporting capabilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
