Description
We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a client of ours to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and technologies. This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and user training across a range of hardware and software platforms.

We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a client of ours to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and technologies. This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and user training across a range of hardware and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
- Provide AV support for video conferencing platforms
- Assist with software installations, updates, and application issues
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support
- Maintain documentation and inventory of support activities
- Travel up to 25%.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in end-user support or desktop support
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with mobile device management and remote support tools
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with device imaging and deployment tools
- Technical documentation and reporting capabilities
