RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Retail Marketing Lead in Boston, MA. The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
Summary:
This role reports to the Director of Global Stores and will focus on creating innovative, brand-right, and scalable marketing plans for our company stores. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing direction for our stores. You will own 365 marketing strategies and standards from concept to execution, craft retail brand presentations that create authentic and impactful consumer journeys, and support the evolution of retail at this company. Responsibilities include driving marketing strategies for retail, evolving standards for visual and product presentation, and developing 365 storytelling.
Key Tasks:
* Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service
* Lead Marketing Ops Category Projects and manage project budget and timelines
* Leverage define metrics and project relevant metrics to assess return on investment
* Drive clear and efficient process for enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed make changes to processes, procedures to find efficiencies
* Manage category assets
* Develop plans and work assignments against the forecasted project load
* Works closely with external agencies and vendors
* Drive execution to the territory consumer, throughout the marketing process
* Ensure consistent and efficient delivery/sharing of Category content from global to Geo or Geo to territory marketing organizations, through defined tools and processes
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, positive, innovative, and skilled at crafting strong briefs, managing budgets, and strong communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience; One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 years; Masters + 4 years; Associates degree + 6 years; High School diploma/GED + 7 years
* 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing
* Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail
* Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing
* Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media
* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able to deliver against functional deadlines
* Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end
* Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with external agencies
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
* Analytical skills and business acumen; Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions and marketing optimization
* Ability to travel domestically
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
