Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to support mission-critical application development initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using Microsoft technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new web applications leveraging Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a SCRUM/Agile environment.
- Analyze and enhance existing data models to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Partner with the DevOps team to maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Provide proof-of-concept solutions for design and implementation of critical components.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in SDLC and Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Visual Studio).
- 15+ years of experience in web application development using .NET.
- 15+ years of experience applying SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) using Entity Framework.
- 10+ years of expertise in database implementation and data model design.
- 10+ years applying software design principles and patterns.
- 10+ years developing and optimizing SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and query performance tuning.
- 10+ years producing and maintaining technical documentation.
- 5+ years working with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- 5+ years using Bitbucket or Git for version control.
- 5+ years of experience building Blazor Web Applications.
- 3+ years of experience with project-specific tools such as JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
