Description

We are in search of a Network Administrator to be a part of our team in Bristol, Pennsylvania. This role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will get a chance to work with cutting-edge Cisco technologies and contribute to the overall performance of our network systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, set up, and manage company networks, including Cisco routers and other related technologies.

Implement and maintain firewall technologies to ensure the highest level of system security.

Utilize Microsoft technologies and Active Directory for system management and user account control.

Implement backup technologies to ensure data safety and recoverability.

Manage the configuration of hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.

Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning when necessary.

Utilize EO/IR systems for network monitoring and management.

Keep up-to-date with new networking technologies and integrate them into the existing network infrastructure.

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement network design strategies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies
Experience with EO/IR systems
Knowledge in Firewall Technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms
Understanding of Active Directory operations
Experience with Backup Technologies
Ability to manage and troubleshoot Computer Hardware
Proficiency in Configuration Management
Ability to Design network systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Relevant professional certifications will be a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Familiarity with industry standards and IT protocols.
