Responsibilities
- Lead the development and configuration of the remedy tool to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in Remedy development and administration
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and configurations
Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Remedy Developer
- Strong expertise in Remedy development tools and administration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in UNIX System Administration and application development
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting within the Service Management realm
- Familiarity with data modernization and data science projects
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-premises environment
- Experience with web services
- Analytical skills and business analysis expertise
