Piper Companies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead critical validation initiatives at a cutting-edge biopharma facility. This is a long-term, on-site project based in Holly Springs, NC, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Project Quality deliverables.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
This is a long-term, on-site project based in Holly Springs, NC, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Project Quality deliverables.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Collaborate with the CQV Team and PMO to ensure Project Quality deliverables are successfully executed
- Interface with teams to understand resource demands and improve forecasting beyond the current 2-week limitation
- Develop and implement metrics-driven reporting for personnel capacity forecasting
- Optimize cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure seamless project execution
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience in pharma or biopharma
- Strong understanding of Project QA processes
- Experience with forecasting and reporting of resources
- Ability to manage complex project demands and ensure alignment with CQV and PMO requirements
- $65-75/hr, competitive hourly rate based on years of experience
