RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager, Expert in Oakland, CA for a hybrid (once/twice a month) long-term contract - 1-2 years.
Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing product requirements, designing user experiences, orchestrating pilots and demonstrations, and managing the full product delivery for customer-facing offerings. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with technology, operations, and external partners to deliver seamless, innovative solutions that accelerate electrification.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Develop product requirements and user experience for the full customer-facing product, ensuring a customer-first approach; Includes ensuring comprehensive webpage functionality, data architecture, and core design principles
* Drive alignment and build partnerships across internal teams for broader company unified customer electrification vision and roadmap, centered around Amplify
* Translate and connect strategic objectives into tangible product deliverables and positioning
* Stand up and run all customer-facing pilots and demonstrations, including defining go-to-market strategy and tactics for each stage of Amplify testing and scaling
* Interface with Amplify Technology Lead on prototyping and development and production engineering
* Determine build vs. partner strategy for Amplify components
* Build partnerships with automotive OEMs and others as needed
* Map Amplify customer data journey, defining data collection, flow, and enablement working within the parameters of the organization's customer and data privacy policy
* Orchestrate multiple customer touchpoints (AI chat, home assessment, contractor dispatch, etc.) and digital-to-physical handoff, ensuring seamless experience and information continuity
* Lead monthly operating reviews with key internal stakeholders
* Conduct additional customer research as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C environments
* Successful launch, commercialization, and scale of service-oriented consumer product(s)
* Expertise in service design and user experience
* Highly adept at understanding customer behavior and motivations and applying these insights to product design
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Comfort with uncertainty and rapid iteration
* Creative, results-oriented self-starter who can quickly adapt to a changing environment
* Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with product teams
* Experience working with both digital and analog workflows
* Ability to provide one's own transportation to/from on-site meetings
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
