Job Description:

• Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
• Integrate Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous task execution, decision-making, and self-improvement in bots.
• Embed Copilot-style AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, custom GPT integrations) into business workflows for enhanced user productivity.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation with AI augmentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to build end-to-end intelligent automation.
• Implement conversational interfaces (chatbots/voice assistants) where needed using AI models.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance, and security across all automation implementations.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to users and administrators.
• Monitor bot performance and proactively optimize for reliability and business value.

Required Skills:

• 3 7 years of hands-on development experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, design patterns, and enterprise-grade deployments.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4/Claude/Gemini into automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, toolchains (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen), or similar.
• Working knowledge of Copilot AI (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot) and how to extend or integrate them.
• Programming/Scripting skills: VB.NET, C#, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integration best practices.
• Exposure to Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or other tools is a plus.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
