Role: Salesforce Technical Manager

Location: Newark, CA

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Control the entire project life cycle
  • Track progress and milestones
  • Lead team meetings
  • Develop best practices
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Developer (DEV 401/Platform Developer I) certifications required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
