Role: Salesforce Technical Manager
Location: Newark, CA
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Control the entire project life cycle
- Track progress and milestones
- Lead team meetings
- Develop best practices
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Developer (DEV 401/Platform Developer I) certifications required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
