RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's notable Semi-conductor client is looking for a Program/Project Manager to join their Tualatin, ORteam for hybrid opportunity. This group is dedicated to driving semiconductor breakthroughs that define the next generation. As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team.
Duties:
* Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals
* Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders
* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables
* Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met
* Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness
* Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders
* Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or a related field
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making
* Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization
* Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint is a huge plus
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within US, up to 5% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2, or 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management
* 2-5 years of Project Management experience and in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
