We are currently seeking Sr. Software Engineer for a W2 contract opportunity in Dearborn, MI. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. We provide healthcare, vacation, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship/transfer. This is a W2 position, not C2C. THIRD PARTIES NEED NOT APPLY. Position Description:
Develop and maintain applications using Data warehousing, ETL, Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL/PLSQL or MS SQL Server.
Develop and deploy to cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Spring/SpringBoot and RESTFUL Web services development.
Good knowledge with GitHub -source control repositories.
Highly effective in working with other technical specialists, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and business partners.
Capable in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines such as Tekton, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.
Enhance testing frameworks to ensure code quality and develop CI/CD pipelines for automation.
Ensure developed code and practices align to Ford Standards and Policies
