Job Details

Role: IAM Architect with SailPoint and Delinea

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drives the vision, innovation, standards, and systems architecture to support Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Develop and maintain strategy and architectural roadmap for IAM programs.
  • Integrate IAM systems with existing applications and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the IAM suite of tools and technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems
  • Provide design and development guidance to IT and Security teams.
  • Lead and resolve issues related to IAM tools and technologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to IAM solutions.
  • Work with GRC and IT teams to implement the IAM re-certification process.
  • Monitor and maintain the IAM system to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer science-related fields.
  • 12+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
  • 12+ years of experience in the IAM development and architecture field.
  • Extensive experience in IAM architecture, strategy development, and implementation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experience with relevant IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk, OKTA)
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and implementing federated identities across multiple clouds or operating units.
  • Ability to integrate requirements into architectural designs.
  • Experience building effective internal and external relationships and interacting effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating to get work done through others.
  • Experience with technical controls and resolving InfoSec problems.
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with all information security policies, standards, and guidelines in developing Information Security plans.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Certification in IAM technologies
  • Certifications include ISC2's Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or any industry-recognized security certification.
