Solution Architect Revenue Cloud Advanced
6 months to 1 year (Contract to Hire)
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformations for enterprise clients. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce RCA (CPQ, Advanced Configuration, Contracts, DRO, etc.), coupled with strong business acumen and architectural leadership. The ideal candidate can seamlessly bridge business strategy with technical execution, mentor teams, and drive adoption of Salesforce RCA as the unified revenue platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solutioning
- Design and architect end-to-end RCA solutions, covering CPQ, Advanced Configuration, Subscription Management, Contracts, and DRO.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce architectures.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for Salesforce RCA implementations.
Delivery & Execution
- Oversee technical delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
- Define and implement data migration, integration, and automation strategies, leveraging RCA APIs and integrating with systems like Workday.
- Drive performance optimization, compliance, and audit readiness across RCA deployments.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with client stakeholders and Salesforce Solution & Engineering teams to evaluate product features, align with future releases, and co-create solution roadmaps.
- Mentor developers, functional consultants, and client teams on RCA capabilities and QTC best practices.
- Contribute to building internal accelerators, playbooks, and frameworks to scale delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Billing, including at least 1+ years focused on Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (RCA certifications a strong plus).
Technical Skills
- Expertise in RCA configuration and solution design.
- Strong understanding of data models, pricing, discounting, approvals, subscription/XaaS, and revenue recognition.
- Knowledge of integration patterns with Workday, ACH, and Avalara Tax.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is an added advantage, especially for integrated B2C commerce + RCA scenarios.
Leadership Skills
- Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Domain Expertise
- Prior experience in industries such as EdTech and CBS is preferred.
