Job Details

  • Provide 24x7 support for Epic systems across various modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Epic related issues reported via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Utilize experience in modules like Ambulatory, Clin Doc, Orders, and Cadence.
  • Leverage Epic credentialed training or analyst experience, preferably in Ambulatory or Clin Doc.
  • Work remotely on a rotating shift schedule, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
