Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Analyst/HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance employee experience through technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday modules and other HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the HR tech landscape.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements through automation.
  • Work with IT and vendors to ensure successful integration and data flow between systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans, validating system functionality and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for HR systems users.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.

Skills

  • 6-10+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, particularly with Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Workday certification(s) and familiarity with additional HR tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements in HR systems.
