Job Details
Are you ready to lead integration solutions and drive technological advancements? We're looking for an Integration Manager to oversee the operation of integration platforms and ensure seamless data transformation and transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using middleware, ETL, and API management technologies.
- Manage the production operations of integration platforms to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for integration technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure integration solutions meet strategic objectives.
- Guide teams in resolving production failures and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor licensing models and manage vendor relationships.
- Foster collaboration within Agile teams and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Skills
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of relational databases and DevOps practices.
- Ability to articulate complex system issues and manage project risks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with middleware, ETL, or B2B technologies on UNIX.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Kanban and sprints.
- Project management experience and operational support skills.
