Position Details:
Job Title: Design Lead
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid Role)
Duration: 12 Months (With possible extension)
Pay Range: $75/Hr - $80/Hr on W2.
Tech Requirements:
- Figma - design & interaction tool
- Miro - business collaboration tool
- Jira - Project management and tracking
- Confluence - for documenting data
- MO365
Must Have Skills / Requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading design within cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- 5+ years leading design teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Portfolio based - Please include any passwords to review case studies on Cover Page and Supplier Notes on request.
- UX Design/Figma expertise
- 8+ years - Quality to be seen in Portfolio
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
- Experience in designing Enterprise products.
- Experience in software design and development.
- Background in Finance, Media, or Entertainment.
