Job Details
- Integrating Genesys Cloud with enterprise applications-CRM platforms like Salesforce, real-time data systems, or custom tools-via REST/SOAP APIs, Data Actions, and AWS Lambdas.
- Use Genesys Cloud Architect to design call flows and routing setups.
- Integrate with other systems using APIs.
- Handle WFM, QM, Outbound, Scripts, Digital, and CloudBots.
- Provide technical support, audits, documentation, and collaborate across teams.
