Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, Lightning Components, Apex programming, and complex data modeling, along with proven leadership in guiding teams and architecting enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.

  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Create and manage data models, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and automation tools.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on development best practices.

  • Ensure platform security, code quality, and adherence to Salesforce governance limits.

  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development cycles.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

  • Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, and complex data modeling.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Unlocked Packages, and Scratch Orgs.

  • Solid understanding of platform security, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading development teams or working in a technical lead capacity.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and scalable solution design.

  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

  • Salesforce Application/System Architect

  • Salesforce Integration Architect

  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) a strong plus
