About the Role

We re looking for an AI Product Manager who s passionate about using AI and cloud technology (Google Cloud Platform) to make healthcare smarter, faster, and more accessible.

In this role, you ll bring together your understanding of healthcare data, AI/ML, and product thinking to design solutions that improve patient outcomes, simplify clinical workflows, and help healthcare teams make better decisions. You ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to turn ideas into real, working products that deliver measurable value.

  • Define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products built on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Work closely with technical and clinical teams to design products that are both useful and compliant.
  • Use Google Cloud Platform tools like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Healthcare API, and Dataflow to turn healthcare data into insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify real-world use cases for AI in healthcare.
  • Make sure all products meet privacy, security, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
  • Track and measure how your products improve efficiency, accuracy, or patient experience.
  • Stay curious about new AI trends and how they can be applied responsibly in healthcare.

 

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field.
  • Around 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years working with AI/ML or healthcare data products.
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services especially Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Healthcare APIs.
  • Good grasp of healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear, meaningful way to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in improving healthcare through technology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Generative AI or LLM-based healthcare solutions.
  • Hands-on work with Google Cloud Platform Healthcare Data Engine or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or digital health analytics.
  • A Google Cloud Platform certification or an MBA focused on tech or healthcare management.
