About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong skills in analysis, software testing, and customer service to work on multiple prioritized projects. This hybrid position requires excellent verbal and written communication and outstanding customer service abilities. The Business Analyst will provide support for critical data processing systems and serve as a liaison between technical teams and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various enterprise applications.
- Monitor helpdesk tickets, analyze reported issues, and assist users with timely resolutions.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately.
- Test applications to replicate reported issues.
- Understand and work with Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Stories, Test Scripts, and related documentation.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit initiative and maintain a customer-friendly approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience with Customer Service, End User Support, or Helpdesk Support.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows and provide effective user assistance and resolutions.
- Familiarity with various documentation types including BRD, Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Test Scripts.
- Experience with software testing practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
