Job Details

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Greenhouse ATS Experience Required)
Type: Contract Only
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – In Office Monday–Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
Duration: May/June 2025 – December 2025 (6–8 months; exact end date TBD)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (typically 8 AM – 5 PM with some flexibility)


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support both University and Experienced Recruiting teams. This individual will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting recruiting programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and has proven experience using Greenhouse ATS and Microsoft Outlook.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule video interviews using Microsoft Outlook and Greenhouse ATS

  • Manage candidate pipelines through Greenhouse, Trello, and Excel

  • Support pre-employment processes including pre-screening and onboarding tasks in collaboration with Recruiting and HR Operations

  • Assist with planning and execution of University Recruiting Program activities (e.g., fall recruiting preparation, intern support)

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate data across systems

  • Provide support to both University and Experienced Recruiting teams during peak seasons

  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting priorities and high-volume scheduling demands

  • Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless interview experience


Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of coordination or administrative experience in an office environment

  • Strong experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook

  • Proficient with Greenhouse ATS (required) and Microsoft Excel (required); Workday HRIS experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Professional communication skills, with ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
