Job Details

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze, optimize, and support workflows within CRIMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

5+ years of experience working with Charles River CRIMS in a business systems or analyst role.
Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Strong understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
CRD training or certification in Charles River modules.
