Job Details

Role: Product Owner Location: McLean, VA (Onsite 5 Days)
Duration: 6+ Months

Multifamily data experience and running agile POD

  1. Develop and drive the overall product strategy for Client, keeping in mind the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and industry developments, and translate them into actionable product plans.
  3. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Define and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, and proactively communicate updates and changes to relevant teams.
  7. Monitor product performance and collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the business, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring innovative ideas to enhance the product and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Mentor and guide junior product owners, providing them with opportunities for growth and development.
  12. Uphold a customer-centric approach in all product decisions and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction.
