What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for a blend of project management, system analysis, and technical support.
- Project & Process Improvement:
- Lead and manage HR technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Analyze and redesign HR work processes to improve efficiency, partnering with stakeholders in HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Apply change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
- System Administration & Technical Support:
- Serve as the technical point-of-contact for the HRMS (Lawson/Oracle), performing system maintenance, testing, and implementing patches or upgrades.
- Provide expert-level production support by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues via a case management system (ServiceNow).
- Manage and audit HRMS user security administration to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports using tools like Crystal, BI, and SQL to meet ongoing business needs.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems by performing regular audits and data analysis.
- Evaluate existing HRMS functionality and recommend enhancements to better align with business objectives.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in HR systems and project management.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
A minimum of 6+ years of combined experience in HRIS, human resources, or payroll, with a strong emphasis on systems management and business process analysis.
Demonstrated experience managing HR technology projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
Deep understanding of a major Human Resource Management System (HRMS) like Oracle or Lawson and proficiency with relational databases.
Proficiency with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, BI, or SQL.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with a time tracking system, particularly UKG, is highly preferred.
A Master's degree in a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), HRIP, or SHRM.
