Job Summary
The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance testing activities using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.This role involves ensuring the quality of software applications by conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvements.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide the performance testing team in planning and executing performance tests.
2. Develop performance test plans and scripts using jmeter and loadrunner.
3. Monitor and analyze application performance metrics during tests.
4. Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest remedial actions.
5. Generate performance test reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in performance testing.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools such as jmeter and loadrunner.
2. Handson experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance test results and identify areas for optimization.
4. Excellent communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and deliver results on time.
6. Relevant certifications in performance testing tools will be a plus.
