Job Description:
  • The Full Stack Developer will design, implement, and maintain software solutions with a focus on iterative, continuous development.
  • The role involves working closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver scalable, user-focused digital services.
  • The developer will be responsible for system integration, technical solutions, and ensuring maintainability through best practices in code development, testing, and automation.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to design and implement digital services, shared components, and system integrations.
  • Participate in project activities including field work, user research, and backlog refinement.
  • Work with teams and stakeholders to analyze problems and deliver technical solutions.
  • Create and prioritize backlog items, estimate effort, and commit to scope for feature delivery.
  • Identify technical tasks such as refactoring, tool improvement, and investigations.
  • Ensure solutions meet user needs by working with designers and incorporating user feedback.
  • Apply coding best practices including unit testing, linting, code reviews, and test coverage.
  • Maintain source control, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and rapid delivery.
  • Perform system configuration, patch maintenance, and deployment activities to support system stability.
  • Support long-term maintainability of codebases and integrations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Technical Expertise:
  • OpenText Content Server 16.2.8 or above.
  • OpenText Content Server Modules:

    Extended ECM Platform 16.2.8 or above
  • WebReports Workflow Extensions 16.2.0 or above
  • OpenText Directory Services 16.6 or above
  • OpenText System Center Manager 16.2.10 or above
  • OpenText System Center Agent 16.2.9 or above
  • Brava Server Components 16.4.0 or above
  • Java JRE and Apache Tomcat.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise.
  • Integration using C# with Visual Studio (ECM Link API and Content Server Web Services).

Must Have Qualifications:
  • Education/Experience:

    University degree in Computer Science/IT (2+ years experience), OR
  • 2-year diploma in Computer Science/IT (4+ years experience), OR
  • 1-year certificate in Computer Science/IT (5+ years experience), OR
  • 10 years of directly related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server integration using APIs, REST, and Web Services.
  • 2+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server configuration, patching, deployment, system health monitoring, and user support.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Application Developer in a large enterprise IT environment using .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, and source control tools.
Nice to Have:
  • 2+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading documents from business applications to OpenText Content Server.
  • 2+ years of experience in OpenText solution design and configuration.
  • 2+ years of experience evaluating business and technical requirements related to OpenText Content Server.
  • 2+ years of experience working with OpenText Workflows, Workspaces, Connected Workspaces, Web Reports, Web Forms, and Templates.
  • Working knowledge of information standards and their application to business solutions.
  • Working knowledge of database technologies and schemas.
