Role: Sitecore Coveo Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 6 - 12+ Month Contract
Interview: 2 - 3 Video Interviews

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Administrator/Developer to manage, configure, and extend our Sitecore platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sitecore administration and development, with strong skills in configuration, troubleshooting, and building custom components. Experience with Coveo for Sitecore is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Sitecore platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Configure Sitecore environments, including content management, publishing, and delivery roles.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain custom Sitecore components, templates, renderings, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, design, IT) to translate business requirements into Sitecore solutions.
  • Manage Sitecore security roles, user permissions, and content governance policies.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or optimizations.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
  • (Preferred) Implement and manage Coveo for Sitecore search solutions, including index configuration, tuning, and custom search components.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with Sitecore in an admin and/or developer capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Sitecore architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in .NET/C# development with experience creating Sitecore customizations.
  • Experience with Sitecore Content Serialization, SXA, and Helix architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore upgrades and migrations.
  • Strong understanding of CMS governance, workflows, and multi-site/global implementations.
  • Experience with Coveo for Sitecore (configuration, indexing, search tuning, analytics) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Sitecore Certified Developer or Administrator.
  • Coveo Certified Developer (a plus).
