Job Title: Oracle HCM Configuration Specialist and Developer
Location: Downtown Dallas, Tx

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Configuration Specialist and Developer to join our HR Technology team. This role blends expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud development with advanced AI capabilities to deliver innovative, data-driven HR solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement applications, integrations, and AI-powered features that enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Development
- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Fusion Recruiting, Absence, Time & Labor, and Performance Management & Workforce Compensation. Implement new modules as required.
- Develop integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Design and develop AI-driven tools such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and virtual assistants to enhance HR service delivery.
- Apply machine learning models to workforce data for insights into talent trends, attrition risk, and recruitment optimization.
- Automate repetitive HR processes using AI and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Partner with HR, IT, and data analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Document solutions, integrations, and workflows for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, APIs).
- Strong skills in SQL/PLSQL and data modeling.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and practical implementation in business solutions.
- Understanding of HR processes, data, and compliance requirements.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and AI services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Familiarity with NLP, chatbot development, and RPA tools.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS AI/ML, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI).
