About the Role

We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused IT Support Technician II to provide hands-on desktop support in a fully onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for solving technical issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, repair, and maintain computing hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
Provide basic network support to ensure full connectivity of desktop systems and networked devices.
Perform preventative maintenance and support for AV systems and conference room technology.
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Respond to IT incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary, and maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
Support IT policies and procedures and assist in maintaining local site documentation.

Required Skills

Strong ownership of customer issues and a drive for excellence.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with end users.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Basic understanding of IT standards related to computers, printers, networking, drivers, and software troubleshooting.
Solid troubleshooting skills across industry-standard hardware and software.

Education & Experience

Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
