Job Description: ServiceNow CMDB Solution Architect

Location: Remote, US

Duration: 6+ months contract

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions for the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform, considering the organization's IT infrastructure, processes, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain CMDB architecture blueprints, data models, and schema designs to ensure data consistency, integrity, and usability.
• Define and implement CMDB integration strategies with other ITSM and ITOM modules, third-party systems, and external data sources.
• Define and enforce configuration management processes, standards, and policies to govern CMDB data creation, modification, and retirement.
• Lead CMDB implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop integration workflows and automation scripts to synchronize CMDB data with external systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and other discovery tools to automatically populate and maintain CMDB data.
• Document CMDB architecture, configurations, and processes in technical specifications, diagrams, and user guides.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as ServiceNow Administrator.
• JavaScript experience with Angular JS and/or ReactJS.
• Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of SOAP and REST.
• Proficiency in C# or C++ preferred.
• Experience working with PowerShell preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Agile methodology.
• Extensive experience working with business users to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical and architectural documentation.
• Knowledge of the Application Studio and the Service Portal.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
• Experience with ServiceNow Glide System API is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator is a plus.
• Incident management and CMDB experience are a plus.

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$70.00/hour.
