Team Management:

Platform Development: 
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including customizing forms, workflows, and business rules. 
Process Improvement: 
Analyze business processes and recommend leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve service delivery. 
Stakeholder Collaboration: 
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring ServiceNow projects align with organizational goals and meet user requirements. 
System Maintenance: 
Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and performance monitoring. 
Best Practices: 
Ensure that ServiceNow development and implementation adhere to industry best practices and internal standards. 
Project Delivery: 
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 
Troubleshooting & Support: 
Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal platform performance and user satisfaction. 
Documentation: 
Ensure proper documentation of ServiceNow solutions and maintain technical documentation according to standards. 
Skills and Expertise
Technical Expertise: 
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM), scripting, and integrations. 
Leadership & Communication: 
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. 
Agile Methodologies: 
Experience working with Agile development processes. 
Business Acumen: 
Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business needs and objectives. 
Problem-Solving: 
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
