IAM Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Work Mode: Day 1 Onsite Minimum 3 days per week at the client office

Mandatory Experience
10+ years overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
7+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ / IdentityNow)
5+ years of experience with CyberArk
Proven expertise integrating SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and custom API-based integrations
Strong understanding of authentication/authorization protocols REST, SAML 2.0, OAuth, WS-Security
Proficiency with IAM protocols such as SCIM, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Responsibilities
Design and implement SailPoint IdentityNow / IIQ and Access Management solutions aligned with organizational requirements
Collaborate with application teams to map and correlate user accounts to identity cubes within SailPoint
Configure and customize SailPoint modules (Audit, Compliance, Lifecycle, Service Accounts)
Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom system and application connectors within SailPoint
Provide technical expertise across IIQ, CyberArk, Active Directory, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2), and related Java-based components
Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for SailPoint platform
Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with IAM and organizational security standards
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IAM processes, configurations, and workflows
Mentor and guide junior IAM engineers, ensuring adherence to SailPoint best practices
