Business Analyst

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA.
*This position is onsite
Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex criminal justice policies, processes and computer systems, and will use this information to evaluate automated and manual processes, staff workloads, skills, training needs and other factors to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer services.

• Research state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive services are accurately informed.
• Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.
• Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new services.
• Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with public relations staff, to inform the public about the services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This opportunity is available on a corp to corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
