Looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst - 100% REMOTE and 12+ Months W2 contract role.
- looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Business Analyst to lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM including payroll, Time and Labor, and Compensation.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in additional Oracle modules including Core HR and Learning.
- This individual is responsible for the overall configuration of project solutions ensuring that designs align with the enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices and standards, and architectural principles; ultimately leading the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancements, stability and support.
- This will involve all aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
