Skillset Required:

Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management

Understanding of integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third party applications.

To have good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with client, technical and other project stakeholders.

To have good documentation skills for effective documentation of the project related documents like process document, functional requirement specification document (FRS), test cases, training decks etc.

To have knowledge on Microsoft visio for designing process workflows
-
Expertise in Excel reporting

Exceptional Customer service skills and client focus

Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language

To have good/basic understanding on ServiceNow ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.

Good hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable.

Certification in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
To plan, implement and manage end to end project involving ServiceNow LSD
-
Developing solutions that meet customer's business requirements and comply with ServiceNow OOB features and functionalities in adherence to best practices

Possessing in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow LSD, including its configuration, customization, and accordingly tailoring the ServiceNow LSD platform to meet the specific needs of the legal team and organization.

Working effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline legal processes, such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management.
-
Providing training and support to end-users on how to use the ServiceNow LSD platform.
-
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the legal service delivery.
-
Knowledge of Legal terminology is desired.
Prior experience of law firm or legal department of companies is preferable.
