IT Project Manager

Job Description:

Two (2) or more years in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels.

· Active PMP or PgMP Certification

· Active CSM or SAFe Certification

· 2 years’ experience with MS Project

· 1 years’ experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira

Minimum Skills and Experience

· Experience program managing large, complex SaaS vendor implementations

· Experience program managing transit initiatives

· Exceptional soft skills and emotional intelligence to navigate at multiple levels across the organization

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Proven track record of delivering large initiatives within challenging constraints

· Experience with PPM Tools

Desired Skills and Experience

· Experience leading multi-million-dollar, cross-functional programs and guiding multiple project managers within a program structure.

· Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of contractual scope, delivery timelines, and escalations.

· Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change management and support large-scale transformation initiatives.

· Proven capability in program-level budget management, resource capacity planning, and demand forecasting.

· Experience working with state government agencies or public-sector programs, preferably within complex, regulated environments.
