Job Title: Tester Appian Experience
Location: Hybrid Atlanta, GA

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a QA Tester with strong experience in Appian to join our team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on testing experience in low-code platforms, particularly Appian BPM applications, and should be capable of working in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases for Appian-based applications.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

  • Identify, log, and track bugs using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Validate business rules, process flows, and UI elements within Appian apps.

  • Assist with performance testing and test data management.

  • Prepare and maintain test documentation and QA reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of QA Testing experience.

  • 1+ year of experience testing Appian applications.

  • Solid understanding of BPM/workflow testing.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or other test management tools.

  • Familiarity with Appian SAIL interfaces, Appian designer objects, and process models is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Appian Certification (Designer or higher)

  • Experience in API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI

  • Basic understanding of SQL and database validation

  • Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Appian FIT test framework, etc.)
