Job Title: Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Demand Analyst

Pay Rate: $26/hr
Location: Maplewood, MN (Remote)
Job Type: W2 Contract (1-year)


Overview

We are seeking a PIPO Demand Analyst to support the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process. In this role, you ll manage transactional tasks that ensure accurate demand data entry in ERP systems, support inventory build requirements, and maintain communication with cross-regional teams. You ll play a key role in forecasting transitions from Phase Out to Phase In and ensuring accurate requirements are passed to supply and production planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data to prepare and submit inventory build requests.

  • Follow up with global/cross-regional teams to ensure timely alignment and execution of build requests.

  • Create and deliver weekly status reports on inventory build progress for leadership and senior management.

  • Support analytics and reporting using available data tools.

  • Ensure accurate demand entry in ERP systems to support PIPO transitions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field OR
    High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a planning-related function (supply, demand, production planning, or intercompany).

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset and comfort supporting data-driven decisions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel in particular), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI.

  • Experience with project management.

  • Cross-functional supply chain exposure or related experience.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions.
