Background:

The ServiceNow architect will support us both with ServiceNow and Nuvolo IWMS workplace management application support. The ServiceNow architect will work both on internal product development where MTC is developing a team to support ServiceNow WSD or workplace service delivery, as well as that ServiceNow architect will work on projects where we're doing integrated workplace management system (IWMS) work using the Nuvolo application that runs on top of ServiceNow. The architect has to be a strong communicator, both customer facing as well as with the team.

The architect has to understand SAFe agile model and their role in supporting the product development lifecycle using the safe agile framework. Also, the architect must support being hands on enough to develop proof of concepts, as well as to convey that knowledge to team members, developers, testers, other junior architects, so that we can build out SN offerings for prospective customers.”

Position: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Hands-on)

Duration:  Long term (3+ years) 

Description:

The ServiceNow solutions architect will work in a team with other ServiceNow and Nuvolo Developers. The solution architect is responsible for evaluating business needs to determine how to implement a solution leveraging the team assigned to the project. Aligning ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Nuvolo product(s) with business goals is paramount, and a solution architect will help to determine, develop, and improve technical solutions in support of business goals.

The Solution Architect must work within Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe) agile framework and support team with full Product Development Lifecycle duties (i.e. planning, requirements gathering, story building, designing, development(hands-on), testing, deployment) duties.

The solution architect also bridges communication between Nuvolo and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business issues.

The process requires regular feedback, adjustments, and problem-solving in order to properly design and implement potential solutions.

Required:  6+ Years of ServiceNow implementation in solution architect Sr. Implementation Specialist full-lifecycle across Public and Private sector organizations;  Strong customer facing workshop lead experience, and solution deployment oversight.   

Preferred 2+ years of Nuvolo software experience
