Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer / Automation Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA / Frisco, TX / Kansas (Onsite/Hybrid as per project need)

Experience Required: 12+ years



Pay Range: $55 to $60/hr (negotiable based on experience and engagement type)



Job Summary:

We are looking for strong Automation experts with deep hands-on experience in API Automation, Tosca, UI & DI automation using Playwright, and in building scalable test automation frameworks.



The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of OpenAI and Agentic AI integrations, to help modernize automation testing using AI-driven approaches.



Key Responsibilities:

1.Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, and Data Interface (DI) testing.

2.Implement automation solutions using Tosca and Playwright.

3.Work closely with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure test coverage and quality.

4.Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.

5.Explore and apply OpenAI or Agentic AI-based automation strategies for faster test creation, self-healing, and intelligent defect analysis.

6.Lead and mentor junior automation engineers.



Must-Have Skills:

1.12+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

2.Strong skills in API automation (REST/SOAP).

3.Proficiency in Tosca Automation Tool for UI and DI testing.

4.Strong working experience with Playwright for UI automation.

5.Proven experience in building and implementing frameworks (from scratch).

6.Basic understanding or working experience with AI in automation (OpenAI APIs, Agentic AI tools).

7.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.



Nice-to-Have Skills:

1.Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

2.Knowledge of Python / JavaScript / TypeScript scripting.

3.Exposure to Agile / SAFe environments.
